Property Solutions are a Letting and Property Management Agency based in Buckingham. As a close-knit team of seven, they offer legal expertise, professionals with investment experience and specialists from a financial background. Now in their seventh year of business, they’ve grown to become a respected name in the industry.
The Brief
From hands-on experience we fully understand the needs of estate agencies when it comes to their digital presence. In this industry and other sectors, our clients have been universally delighted with the aesthetics, the SEO results, and the conversions they secure.
But let’s be clear: estate agent website design is a tricky business. Today, we jostle for attention against not only other agencies, but also hundreds of off-the-shelf templates – generic, restrictive, and simply not built with a tailored client (and their visitors) in mind. This choice between agency and template was the one put before Property Solutions. They approached us with an outdated website that was anything but mobile-ready.
At this point, it was our job to tell them of the benefits of bespoke estate agent website design – to explain how we could reflect their brand, their values and create a customised, unique online presence.
