The Brief
After 14 years in the industry, Refining Resourcing decided that it was time for an online shake up of their image. They arrived at our digital door to explore a site redesign.

The Space Five team have taken on and tackled recruitment and jobs board websites in previous projects, so it’s fair to say that we had a grasp of what matters in a job hunter’s user journey. We appreciate the need for logical steps, loud calls to action and crystal clear text. From our client’s point of view, they need to know that the management of such a system will be a breeze – helping them drive enquiries and match candidate with position, faster.
This recruitment website design project involved bespoke design (a service that we provide for all of our clients). This involved meetings to establish brand identity, from which we developed imagery, a colour palette and font pairings, for a consistent feel from the homepage to the backend.
A further concern was security – the responsibility that Refining Resourcing have to their clients and candidates (and their data) is not to be underestimated.
